Billing
Monthly billing for maintenance is available to all regular customers. Other services may be billed separately. Payment is due 15 days after billing date. Past due accounts will result in suspension of service. Please let us know if you would prefer to be billed at the beginning or middle of the month.

Service Schedules
We offer two ways to schedule the regular maintenance of your lawn.

Grass King Standard Schedule:
We will schedule your maintenance based on seasonal conditions and our judgment. Most lawns require the following schedule.

• March - April: Every two weeks service.
• May - September: Weekly service
• October - November: Every two weeks service. We are also mulching up leaves at this time.
• December - February: Once a month just to keep the lawn looking tidy.
• This schedule only applies to the lawn. Fertilization has it’s own schedule. Other services will need to be requested by the customer when desired (example: trim bushes, re-mulch beds)

Custom Schedule
You let us know when you are ready to get on and off the schedule and when you would like us to go every week or every other week.

If you have a scheduled service that you would like to cancel, please contact the office. This is acceptable up to the day before your service is to be performed. Please do not wait until the day of service to contact us. Please do not leave us a note or wait until we arrive to cancel service.

Collected Information:
The information collected from you is for the sole purpose of providing you with service(s) and or information regarding services.This information will never be sold, shared or be made available for public view unless so ordered by a court of law within the United States of America.

Securing Data:
GrassKing uses an SSL or Secured Server Layer, when collecting payment information such as credit card numbers and billing information. This SSL can be verified in areas of our site where you see the "lock" on your web browser.
